Zutaten:
- 1 Tasse Sonnenblumenkerne
- 1/2 Tasse Leinsamen

- 2 Knoblauchzehen, gehackt
- 1/4 Tasse gehackte Petersilie
- 1 EL Tamari (glutenfreie Sojasauce)
- 1 EL Olivenöl
- 1 EL Apfelessig
- 1 TL Kreuzkümmel
- 1/2 TL Paprika
- 1/2 TL Salz
Benötigte Küchengeräte:
- Mixer oder Küchenmaschine
- Schüssel
- Messbecher
- Löffel
- Teller oder Platte
- Kühlschrank
Zubereitung:
- Die Sonnenblumenkerne und Leinsamen in einem Mixer oder einer Küchenmaschine zerkleinern, bis sie grob gemahlen sind.
- Die Haferflocken in einem separaten Mixer oder einer Küchenmaschine zerkleinern, bis sie zu einem feinen Mehl werden.
- Alle Zutaten in eine Schüssel geben und gut vermengen. Die Mischung sollte feucht genug sein, um zusammenzukleben, aber nicht zu nass.
- Die Frikadellen mit den Händen formen und auf einem Teller oder einer Platte anrichten.
- Die Frikadellen im Kühlschrank für mindestens 30 Minuten aufbewahren, um sie fest werden zu lassen.
Serviervorschlag:
Die Frikadellen können auf einem Salatbett serviert werden, oder mit einer glutenfreien Brötchen oder Brot und veganen Aufstrichen wie Hummus oder Guacamole. Guten Appetit!
